At Big Ass Luxuries, we stand behind the grandeur of our home collections and offer a 30-day window for returns on all oversized decor and premium furnishings. To ensure a seamless experience, items must be returned in their original packaging and pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage your luxury items in their original crates or boxes, ensuring all protective padding is secure to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For oversized furniture, we will coordinate a specialized white-glove freight carrier to collect the items directly from your residence at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
